Melissa is an advanced Meridian Yoga Technique practitioner who works to create curriculum and train others in this modality. She is dedicated to understanding the root cause of dis-ease in order to best address a client or group’s needs.
Meridian Yoga Technique is a modern synthesis of the two systems of yoga and East Asian Medicine to address stress patterns that can affect the physical, spiritual and emotional state. It combines yoga asana, pranayama, meditation techniques, acupressure techniques, cupping, moxa, and more. Treatment can be tailored to a client or group’s specific needs.
